I'm undergoing a body-'renovation' & shall keep my progress here. If I can be honest about it here for all to see, the chances of my achieving my goals increases that much more... Starting Tuesday, November 28, 2006. Every weigh-in/measurement day will be on a Tuesday from here-on in. Short-term goals will be made each time one's been achieved, with an overall long-term goal in mind (personal info to be kept... personal ;).

Goal to reach by December 24th
- lose 8 lbs : approx 2 lb/wk (& in turn, lose the odd inch here & there)
- ability to complete PYS Pilates with minimal sweating/burning of muscles
- to not feel like I want to die *during* cardio (have stamina!)
- increase cardio time & push-up amount
- more enjoyment of healthier foods

My plan to reach these goals
- 30m Pick Your Spot Pilates every morning before breakfast
- 45m to start, work to 60m of cardio /day
- Set of 12 x2 to start, work to 20 push-ups x2 /day
*new Dec 1* - Set of 12 x2 to start, work to 20 lower ab lift-ups x2/day *new Dec 1*
- incorporate more movement in activities during day (ie walk instead of drive)
- proper eating w/ proper portions

My overall long-term goal for ???? ??, 2007
- to lose a total of 40 lbs
- to have a tight firm butt, solid though not rippled abs, and leanly muscled legs
- hopefully keep my bust size... hopehopehope...
- to be able to run a few blocks without breaking into much of a sweat
- to be able to control my snacking & in turn my overindulgence
- to live an overall normal & good life having included my changes
- to live through celebrations like birthdays without losing focus
- To be happier to be me :)
